  • The Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box # LC328330 has a steel sleeve inside of it that those two bolts thread into. If the bolts keep coming loose then the sleeve is damaged and moving around inside the box. Since there isn't a way to access and repair this the only option is a complete replacement of the pin box. With how new your trailer is you should have a warranty to replace it so it's not out of pocket.
